形態特徵

• Epiphytic or epipetric. Bulbils ellipsoid, stout.
• Leaf solitary, ovate, 15-25 cm long, 10-15 cm broad, petiole 20-40 cm.
• Flowering before leaves. Peduncle 6-12 cm. Spathe tube 3-51.3-2 cm long, green outside; limb obovate, acute, apiculate, narrowed to base, yellow, reflexed. Female part of spadix 1.7-2 cm 7-9 mm long, with 3 or 4 whorls of sterile ovaries apically, 1 or 2 whorls of sterile ovaries at base; neutral portions of spadix slender, 1.1-2.5 cm long, tapering upwards; male portion of spadix clavate, cylindrical, yellowish.
• Chromosome number 2n=28, 42; diploid in China, triploid on Taiwan .

• 世界 : Tropical to subtropical forests, southwest Asia, Africa, Australia, China, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam.
